Shipping Policy
We offer FREE ground shipping on any 6 or more bottles. When a customer buys more than 12 bottles of wine, anything over 12 bottles must be purchased in increments of three. Like 15, 18, 21, 24, 27, 30, 33, 36, and so on.
Title to, and ownership of, all wine passes from WinesofArmenia.com to the purchaser in the state of California to his / her home state. Purchaser acknowledges that he /she is buying the wines in California, subject to California laws and regulations. By arranging for transportation of wine, WinesofArmenia.com is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of the purchaser. By utilizing this service from WinesofArmenia.com, purchaser is representing that he / she is acting in a fashion compliant with his / her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of wine. The purchaser represents that he / she has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of wine and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered. And once again authorizes that he / she is 21 years of age.
There is no Express Service to Texas, Illinois and New Jersey. Shipments to Texas, Illinois and New Jersey are done once a week and it will usually take at least two weeks to arrive.
