Title to and ownership of all wine purchased from WinesofArmenia.com passes to the purchaser in the state of California.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that the purchase transaction occurs in California and is governed by California laws and regulations.

When you request shipment of wine to another state, WinesofArmenia.com acts solely as your agent in arranging transportation of the wine.

By placing an order, you represent that:

• You are legally permitted to purchase and receive alcohol
• You are acting in compliance with your local and state laws
• You have obtained any required permits or permissions
• You are legally allowed to receive and possess alcohol in the quantities ordered

⚠️ Shipping Limitations by State

Due to state shipping regulations, direct FedEx or UPS service is not currently available to the following states:

• Texas
• Illinois
• Rhode Island
• New Jersey

Orders to these states are shipped once per week through consolidated carriers, and delivery may take up to three weeks.

If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend placing your order well in advance.

Wine is sensitive to extreme heat and cold. To protect the quality of your wine during transit, WinesofArmenia.com may delay shipments during periods of extreme weather.

During hot summer months or freezing winter conditions, we may place orders on temporary weather hold until safe shipping conditions return.

If you prefer immediate shipment despite weather risks, you may request release of your order by contacting us. In such cases, the customer assumes responsibility for potential heat or cold damage during transit.

🚚 Typical Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier schedules. The following are typical transit estimates after your order has shipped:

• California: 1–3 business days
• West Coast: 2–4 business days
• Midwest: 3–5 business days
• East Coast: 7 - 12 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on weather conditions, carrier delays, and seasonal shipping volumes.

Orders shipped through consolidated carriers to restricted states may take longer transit times.

📦 Adult Signature Requirement

All wine shipments require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery.

Please ensure that someone 21 years or older is available to receive and sign for the package. Carriers are legally required to verify age and cannot leave wine shipments unattended.

📦 Failed Deliveries & Return Shipping Charges

If the carrier is unable to complete delivery after multiple attempts and the shipment is returned to us, the original shipping cost and return shipping fees will be deducted from any refund issued.

To avoid delays or additional charges, we recommend shipping to a business address where someone can sign during business hours.

📦 When Orders Ship

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after they are placed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
