If you purchase a wine from WinesofArmenia.com and you are not satisfied with it, please contact us.

You may return the bottle and we will gladly:

  • Replace the wine, or
  • Refund the purchase price

Corked or Flawed Bottles

Wine is a natural product, and occasionally a bottle may be corked or otherwise flawed.

If a bottle arrives corked or flawed, we will gladly replace it.

Please contact us with your order information so we can assist you quickly.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  • The wine must have been purchased from WinesofArmenia.com
  • Returns should be requested within a reasonable time after delivery but no later than 30 days
  • Please contact us before returning any product so we can provide return instructions
  • Returned bottles must comply with applicable shipping and alcohol regulations
