· PRODUCTION: Manual harvesting, pressing with a membrane press under controlled pressure. Two weeks of alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Aging in clay Karas.
· DESCRIPTION: The wine has a light yellow color with a golden sheen, a magnificent bouquet of tropical fruit aromas: mango, mandarin, intertwined with floral notes characteristic of Muscat Ottonel. Aging in clay gives the wine balance and a specific nostalgic taste. It has a full-bodied, piquant and mild flavor
