Crafted in the heart of Armenia’s Ararat Valley, KEF White is a fresh and expressive blend of Kangun and Chenin Blanc. This vibrant white wine celebrates Armenia’s rich winemaking tradition, updated with modern elegance.
Expect a bright aromatic profile, medium body, and a clean finish—ideal for pairing with fresh salads, grilled vegetables, seafood, or enjoyed chilled on its own.
Grape Varieties: 60% Kangun, 40% Chenin Blanc
Origin: Ararat Valley, Armavir Region – Armenia
Soil: Volcanic. Lightly eroded clay formed by basalt, high levels of carbonate and limestone, volcanic tuff and alluvial stones
Climate: Continental, cold semi-arid with warm summers and dry cold winters. Annual precipitation level is around 305 mm
Vinification: Manual harvest followed by selection table. Pressed and after a cool 24-hour decantation process, the juice is fermented for 20 days at 14–16 °C
