Karas 2022 White Wine Armavir Armenia
Origin - Ararat Valley, Armenia
Soil - Volcanic in origin, lightly eroded clay formed by basalt, high levels of carbonate and limestone, volcanic tuff and alluvial stones.
Climate - continental highlands climate with hot summers and cold dry winters.
Vinification – Hand harvested grapes are pressed. After a cool 24-hour decantation process, the juice is fermented for 20 days at 14 – 16 degrees centigrade.
Grape varieties: Blend of Kangun, Chardonnay & Viognier.
