· PRODUCTION: Manual harvesting. 7 days fermentation and maceration in stainless steel vats. Aging in clay, Karas.
· DESCRIPTION: A dark red wine with a rich fruity aroma, with intertwining notes of blackberry, wild cherry, grapes, soft spicy and peppery touches. Aging in clay gives the wine balance and a specific nostalgic taste. Rich and refined, velvety and persistent. Cabernet Sauvignon conveys notes of black currant to the wine, Merlot – delicate astringency, and Areni – sophistication.
· FOOD PAIRING: Perfect with beef fillet, pork tenderloin and gorgonzola cheese.
